Journalist: Voletta, a question to you. How quickly did you feel and notice Kristelle? Was it like in one breath and all the jurors agreed immediately?
Violetta: Well, actually, Kristelle is a clever cookie. She not only approached the performance in a professional way, but also took seriously provisions of the festival. Of course, when the jury saw Kristelle at the concert of her educational institution for the first time, all members of it understood that that was the winner. Because it was marvellous! Speaking generally, what is a Grand Prix prize? It is when the performance agitates the whole audience. It is when no one is left aside in feeling the depth and volume of the sound: neither a professional, nor a mere listener. This is what everyone understood: this is great! That was what we really felt during Kristelle’s performance.
And when Kristelle was performing in the elimination round and the jury admitted changing the first places but not the Grand Prix, it became clear that it would be awarded to Kristelle, because she astonished everyone. She fascinated the audience earlier, and didn’t let down it at the Gala concert. The audience was standing motionless, when she appeared on the stage.
Why didn’t she know that she would get the Grand Prix? Thanks to suspense, which is kept till the final moment.
Journalist: Kristelle, we understand that you were anxious because you didn’t know the results. Is that true?
Kristelle: Yes, that was the true ceiling! I was called at the very end. And this is really wonderful! I can’t express my emotions in words.
Journalist: Kristelle, we are speaking about the importance of this festival. Those, who present themselves in such a way, by no doubt do it professionally. What do you do now to develop and promote your brand Kristelle?
Kristelle: You are absolutely right. We are working a lot to promote the project Kristelle. I collaborate with the very talented composer Andrew Pronin. We have already signed a contract for synchronization with the American company ‘Vital Music’, and I very much hope that it will give its results.
Journalist: Kristelle, did you take part in the ‘Student Spring’ together with the other students or did you work at your solo-performance?
Kristelle: I performed both solo and together with my fellow students this year. As for the previous one – I was solo, in duets and even with backup dancers.
